Hourly Packages
My hourly rate is £30.00 per hour. However, if you purchase a package the hourly rate will gradually decrease. Each Package is valid for 3 months. If the time is not used it will be void - no refunds are given.
If you purchase a 6 hour package and find you need 12 hours, I will upgrade you within the 3 months to the 12 hour Package Rate. After 3 months has elapsed a new package will need to be purchased.
All payments are due up front. I will provide you will a full time sheet on a monthly basis so you can see how much time you have remaining.

Retainer Packages
Have me as your Virtual Assistant every month for a set amount of hours. This gives you peace of mind that I will always be there when you expect me to be.
Packages start from just 4 hours a month which can be split evenly through the month, I can make sure those niggly tasks you haven't got time to do, always get done.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. I will provide you will a full time sheet on a monthly basis so you can see how much time you have remaining, or alert you if your time is less than 30 minutes remaining. 15 minutes of unused time per 4 hours a month can be carried over to the following month. Time can only be carried over once in every 3 month period.

VA VIP Days and Half Days
If you feel it would be better for a task to be undertaken in a day or half day, for whatever reason, that is not a problem. Maybe you have an organisational task that has to be completed quickly, or perhaps you need the impetus to just get things done swiftly. You can hire me for a VIP Day (7 hours) or VIP Half Day (3 hours) to work solidly on your tasks.
Alternatively, you may require someone on site to act as an in person Virtual Assistant. Perhaps at meetings, setting up trade stands, or at meet and greets. I have a lot of experience with hospitality and face to face meetings and am happy to represent you and your business.

Project Based Tasks
If you have a special project you need to complete we can discuss your needs, tasks and budget before I give you a quotation.
Special Projects are billed in advance, and any updates to the specification will be quoted and billed additionally.
