So how have I got to a place where I want to help you as your Virtual Assistant?
After spending over 25 years in the Marketing and Sales side of the Dance Industry, I gave it all up to open my own Cake Business.
13 years later my bones are old and achey, and standing in a kitchen for hours isn’t the fun it once was. However, everything I have learnt over the last 35+ years in work has made me realise I love to be organised. I love a bit of admin and I love helping others run their businesses.
I wish I had a ‘me’ when I was running my business, so I’m here to help you run yours. Sometimes just an hour or so with a Virtual Assistant will give you so much more time back. Because if you’re like me, procrastinating about the things you should be doing, instead of actually doing them, takes more time than just doing the things itself.
Running my own business has meant I’ve had to do a bit of everything, from copywriting, brand management, exhibition and event management, daily emails, quotes, marketing and social media. I designed and managed my own web site, and still run a blog and podcast for cake makers in business. www.daisycakecompany.co.uk
My goal now is to allow other small business owners and sole traders do the things they love to do, while I do all the niggly tasks that sit on those ‘to-do’ lists for far too long.
